Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. We will issue a full refund — including the cost of standard outbound shipping — within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition with tags attached.
General Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through your account so we can resolve it at no cost to you.
Sale Items Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
